Maine State Track Meet Results

The Hampden girls, especially the 8 and Under girls, were dominant in the state meet Saturday, Aug. 12. The 8 and Under group scored 78 of the 98 Hampden Team points.

Nina Mitchell took home two first place medals in the 400m Dash (1:22.40), and the 800m Run (3:14.23); She took 2nd place in the 200m Dash.

Gigi Williams took first place in the Long Jump with a leap of 9’5” and took 2nd in the Shot Put and a 5th place in the 100m Dash; Izzy Krummel tied for 2nd in the High Jump, earned 2nd in the 400m Dash and 6th in the 800m Run.

Breah Curtis took 3rd in the 100m Dash and 4th in the 200m Dash.

Eli Marquis jumped to 4th place in the 8 and Under Long Jump.

In the 11-12 age group Lilyann Geiser took 2nd place in High Jump and 3rd in Long Jump while Quinton Bisher placed 3rd in the High Jump.
